The NEW 2009 Northeastern Arizona Youth Football League would like to welcome everyone to a brand new year of football. This league is in the development of establishing 501c3 status. We are proud to announce our Venues to be: Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets, Holbrook Roadrunners, Payson Raiders & Bears, Round Valley Elks, Show Low Cougars, Snowflake-Taylor Lobos, St. Johns Redskins, and Winslow Bulldogs. We look forward to a very exciting football season (August 2009-October 2009).
Age Groups (NO WEIGHT LIMITS!!)
Mighty Mights ~ 1st & 2nd Grade & 6 year old Kindergartner by Aug 1st
Juniors ~ 3rd & 4th Grade
Minors ~ 5th & 6th Grade
Majors ~ 7th & 8th Grade
(Age Protected by 1 year allowed held back - 2 years held back move up.)
Team Rules
No limit on # of Players - Up to Venue - Team splits done by Draft
All Teams Established by August 15 for 2009
8 plays per game - Stat check between 3rd and 4th quarter
MM start at 40 yd. line - No kick off
28 point spread rule - change out until no longer 28 point spread
Registration Form will be developed and to each Venue by April 1st.
